About Kiddie Kare A'Kademie
Kiddie Kare A'Kademie is a locally owned, licensed childcare center serving families in Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, and the surrounding communities. We've been caring for children and supporting working families since 1991, and our roots go back even further.
Our Story
The Tuttle family has been part of Kenosha's childcare community since 1966, when founder Stella Tuttle began operating Kiddie Kollege and Kiddie A'Kademie. In 1991, the family opened our current location at 9244 39th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie.
Holly Tuttle-Barthuly has been at the center since day one. She started as Administrative Director in August 1991 and became the owner in December 2014.
That philosophy has kept families coming back for over 35 years. Many parents who attended as children now bring their own kids.
What We Believe
We believe that young children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and connected. Our teaching staff doesn't just follow a curriculum. They build relationships with your child and with you.
We also believe that parents deserve honesty, transparency, and respect.
