Policies
At Kiddie Kare A'Kademie, our policies are designed to keep your child safe and to make sure our center runs smoothly for every family. Please review these policies and reach out with any questions.
Hours of Operation
We are open Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Please pick up your child by 5:30 PM. Late pickup may result in additional fees.
Attendance
Please notify us by phone if your child will be absent or arriving late. Consistent attendance helps your child adjust to routines and get the most out of our programs.
Illness Policy
Children with fever (100.4 or higher), vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms must stay home. Your child must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning. If your child becomes ill during the day, we will contact you for pickup.
Pickup Authorization
Only individuals listed on the authorized pickup form may pick up your child. Photo ID is required for anyone unfamiliar to our staff. Please keep your authorized pickup list current.
Holiday Closures
We are closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Tuition Payments
Tuition is due weekly. Payments are expected on time. Please contact us if you have questions about billing or need to discuss your account.
Nut-Free Policy
Our center is completely nut-free. No peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based products may be brought into the building. This includes all lunches and snacks provided by parents.
Clothing and Belongings
Please label all of your child's belongings. Send your child in weather-appropriate clothing suitable for active play. We recommend keeping a spare change of clothes at the center.
